If we hope to proclaim the Christian faith, then we need to know the Christian faith. That's what this course is all about.
Some students have wondered why I don't call this course "The Lutheran Faith" since it is taught from a Lutheran point of view. Simply because, for me, the Lutheran faith is the Christian faith. Not to say that Lutherans are the only Christians, but I do think we have it right when it comes to theology, with our understanding of the centrality of the Gospel, our distinction between Law and Gospel, and of the power of God working through the Sacraments.
The subpages have my class notes, the powerpoint presentations, reading guides, quizzes, and the audio files for each session. Please feel free to download whatever you find helpful!
